The location was ideally suited for exploring Galway city, with all attractions within easy walking distance. The dining experience was one of the best I had during my travels. My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, although the bathroom showed signs of mildew. The service was accommodating, especially from the front desk employees who did their best under difficult circumstances, although there were some inconsistencies in room readiness. The location was wonderful, just around the corner from everything we needed for our short stay. The dining experience was absolutely delicious, although the cleanliness upon arrival was lacking. The facilities were adequate for our needs.

The hotel rooms were overheated, making sleep difficult, but they were lovely and spacious with a good view of the city. We weren't bothered by any noise either. However, they were so hot we had to request fans to make it through the night. The service during the daytime was very helpful and approachable, with staff being super-friendly and guiding us in the right direction for food and drinks. The location was between the rail station, the Galway Coach Center, and the Quay—great for exploring the vibrant surroundings but very small. The dining experience, even for vegetarians, was very nice, enjoying the fruit and berries with yogurt, served by an excellent and friendly waiter. Overall, the hotel provides excellent food and has great access to the City Centre.
