Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were super spacious and clean, but lacked furnishings which was a disappointment overall. The service was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was ideally suited for exploring Galway city, with all attractions within easy walking distance. The dining experience was one of the best I had during my travels. The hotel facilities were very good.
What a spot! This hotel is a gem, located right in the heart of downtown Galway. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The dining options are superb, offering a delightful surprise. The only downside is the early morning noise, but overall, a fantastic stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, although the bathroom showed signs of mildew. The service was accommodating, especially from the front desk employees who did their best under difficult circumstances, although there were some inconsistencies in room readiness. The location was wonderful, just around the corner from everything we needed for our short stay. The dining experience was absolutely delicious, although the cleanliness upon arrival was lacking. The facilities were adequate for our needs.
The location of the hotel is excellent, ideal for exploring Galway city, close to public transport links and tourist areas. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The dining experience was fantastic, although the breakfast starting time could be earlier for business travelers. However, the rooms face a very noisy street with constant disturbance throughout the night.
The hotel rooms were overheated, making sleep difficult, but they were lovely and spacious with a good view of the city. We weren't bothered by any noise either. However, they were so hot we had to request fans to make it through the night. The service during the daytime was very helpful and approachable, with staff being super-friendly and guiding us in the right direction for food and drinks. The location was between the rail station, the Galway Coach Center, and the Quay—great for exploring the vibrant surroundings but very small. The dining experience, even for vegetarians, was very nice, enjoying the fruit and berries with yogurt, served by an excellent and friendly waiter. Overall, the hotel provides excellent food and has great access to the City Centre.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was superb, just a short walk from the train station and the town center, with plenty of nearby amenities. The rooms were decent but suffered from some noise issues due to the busy road nearby. The service was excellent, especially the bar staff, who were always friendly and helpful.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although facing a noisy street with late-night music, were nice but overpriced. The service, especially at the reception, was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the city but lacked juice at breakfast. The dining options were good, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel is ideally located close to Eyre Square, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. The rooms, although a bit basic and smaller than expected, offer a cozy stay. The service is top-notch with friendly and attentive staff. Dining options are good, but minor issues like missing bacon with pancakes may occur. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay.
The hotel rooms were really nice with great decoration and spacious with a good view of the city. We weren't bothered by any noise either, but it was extremely hot even with the radiators turned off. The service was top-notch, with staff who were very helpful and pleasant at all times. The location was key for us, being close to all public transport links and within walking distance to many tourist areas. The dining experience was good but slow, and the full breakfast had too much. Overall, a great stay with a few minor inconveniences.
The hotel is conveniently located in Galway, near the center, with plenty of activities nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable despite the lack of air conditioning and a high step into the shower. The service was friendly and approachable, although there were some minor delays in room readiness. The dining options were nice but somewhat limited due to current restrictions. The location is brilliant for exploring the city with secure parking available. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
